Cancellation & Refunds

Currently, cancellations cannot be done through our website. We are working towards providing you with cancellation functionality available in the orders section in your Vaseegara Oils account.

In case you need to cancel the order due to genuine reasons, please get in touch with us via email at info@vaseegaraoils.com.

Please note, already shipped orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. We can cancel only those orders which are not shipped from our side. Once the order is shipped, it’s beyond our control to cancel it.

Refunds for the canceled orders will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the day the order is canceled. In some cases, refunds may take more time than expected. If you face any issues with your refunds for canceled orders, please get in touch with us.
